This page provides K-H’s most commonly used terms and conditions and some of the forms that are sent with RFPs. The terms and conditions given here include General Provisions for Subcontracts, Special Provisions for Services Subcontracts, Special Provisions for Construction or Demolition Subcontracts, Special Provisions for Supply Subcontracts, and the Commercial Items Policy, Determination, and General Provisions. Each document includes an “Instruction for Use” page, which indicates the circumstances that make the document appropriate. A given contract will include the Subcontract Signature Page (summarizing pertinent details, such as amount, period of performance, schedules, and an index to the attachments of the subcontract), General Provisions, and Special Provisions.

Useful forms include both the Representations and Certifications for Commercial Items and for all other subcontracts; the instructions and forms for obtaining review for foreign interests (known as FOCI approval); Certification of Place of Abode, Confidentiality Agreement, and the Safety and Health worksheet (S&H 001).
